All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen display will be an exact representation of colours and materials.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if pricing errors are detected. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payment taken will be fully refunded.
An order placed on amerse.com constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
We accept major payment methods including credit cards and other providers listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store full payment card details. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are guides only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@amerse.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Sale items and personalised products are final sale and non-returnable unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
All content on amerse.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, design, and editorial content — is owned by or licensed to La Senda de Amor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
